Xport® Star Vario

The Xport® Star Vario is an adjustable automatic lubrication system designed to deliver consistent lubrication to critical equipment components. Its LCD display makes it easy to adjust settings and control lubricant discharge. This precision lubrication control system helps improve equipment reliability while reducing maintenance requirements.

Common uses: Gear racks, shaft seals, electric motors, chains, roller bearings, sliding bearings, open gears, sliding guides and spindles in the food, paper, oil, gas, environmental technology and pharmaceutical sectors.

Where equipment components require a precise supply of lubrication, an automatic single-point lubricator provides a reliable solution. The Xport® Star Vario features an LCD display that allows users to easily view and adjust discharge volumes and lubrication intervals. When correctly assembled, the unit offers protection against water and dust, making it a popular choice for electric motors and other equipment with demanding re-lubrication requirements.

Once the initial lubricant is finished, the system’s drive unit can be re-used alongside a refill unit, which includes a new lubricant cartridge.

The components of the system are:

  • A lubricant canister with capacities of 60, 120 or 250 cc (2.03, 4.06 or 8.45 fl oz)
  • A battery pack
  • An electromechanical drive unit
  • An LCD display with green and red LEDs
